400 g | pork fillet |
2 | onions, chopped |
1 tbsp | mustard |
10 slice(s) | bacon |

Instructions
Cut the fillet in half, then cut a slash lengthwise into each to make a pocket. Spread the inside with mustard and stuff with onions. Press together and season the meat with pepper. Wrap the fillets with the bacon slices slightly overlapping.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fillets seam side down first. When sealed, slightly turn the fillets by and by until browned and cooked all around. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
