Bacon wrapped jerk pork tenderloin recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (1 pound) boneless pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 to 8 slices bacon
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Stir 1 tablespoon maple syrup and jerk seasoning together in a bowl, then brush over pork. Sprinkle with salt, then wrap the pork with bacon.
3. Set a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the bacon-wrapped pork. Brown on all sides, insert a meat thermometer, then transfer to the oven.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tenderloin reaches 160 degrees F internally.
5. Slice and serve.
