Apple pancake recipe details
- Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1 stick of butter
- 2 Granny Smithapples sliced
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- Confectioners sugar for on top
Mix first seven ingredients together. Batter may be lumpy set aside. Melt margarine in a 4-quart baking dish. Peel and slice apples. Place apples in baking dish and return to oven until butter sizzles. Remove and pour batter over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar. Serve at once with maple syrup.
