Ingredients

2  apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1  pear, peeled, cored and sliced
1 dash(es) lemon juice
1 handful plums, pitted and chopped
1 handful grapes, halved and seeds removed
400 ml apple juice
3 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp sugar, or more

Instructions

Drizzle apples and pears with lemon juice to avoid them getting brownish.

Combine the cornstarch in a small bowl with a little apple juice and stir until smooth. Bring the fruits with the remaining apple juice and the sugar to a boil, add the starch mixture and cook for about 3 minutes until thickened. Let cool, stirring frequently.

Spoon onto dessert plates and serve with vanilla sauce, vanilla ice cream, waffles or pancakes.
