Apple Honey Jam recipe

Ingredients
800 g | apples, peeled, cored, sliced |
1 kg | sugar |
200 ml | honey |
50 ml | lemon juice |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pot or large saucepan and bring to a boil. When at boiling point, reduce flame to very low and continue cooking until apples are soft, about 30 minutes. Mash them with a fork or spoon and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Pour jam into jelly glasses and seal. Makes 4-6 glasses.
