Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups cooked pinto beans
- 3/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons water
- 4 cups cooked spaghetti
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour 40 mins1. In large skillet over medium heat, brown beef, green pepper, and onion in vegetable oil until beef is cooked through.
2. Stir in beans and tomato paste.
3. Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, and water; stir this into meat mixture. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add cooked spaghetti. Mix well, cover and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
