Aunt bertha's refrigerator muffins recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 package raisin bran (16 ounce)
- 5 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 beaten eggs
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the liquids. Bake in muffin tins about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. This batter will keep up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator and aging seems to improve the flavor.
