Ingredients
1 large | aubergine, peeled, sliced and salted |
3 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |

Instructions
Allow the salted aubergine slices to stand for 15 minutes. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. Preheat the oven to 190°C.Mix together the oil and the garlic. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Coat the aubergine slices with the marinade. Divide the aubergines on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with olive oil. Best served lukewarm.
