Aubergine party rolls recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | Feta cheese, diced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
100 g | yoghurt |
10 | walnuts, chopped |
2 | aubergines, peeled, sliced lengthwise and salted |
5 tbsp | oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
some | toothpicks |
Instructions
Allow the salted aubergine slices to stand for 20 minutes. Then rinse under cold water and pat dry.Fry the aubergines in oil from both sides until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
In a blender, combine the feta, yoghurt, nuts and garlic and process until smooth. Season with pepper.
Coat the aubergines with the feta mixture. Roll up and fix with toothpicks. Arrange the rolls on a serving plate. Allow to chill for 1 hour before serving.
