Aubergine burger recipe details
Ingredients
4 | hamburger buns, halved |
2 | tomatoes, sliced |
1 | aubergine, peeled and sliced |
4 leaves | lettuce |
1 | avocado, peeled and sliced |
salt and pepper | |
100 g | yoghurt |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 dash(es) | Tabasco sauce |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Sprinkle the aubergine slices with salt and allow to stand for 15 minutes.In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the aubergine slices from both sides until golden.
Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, garlic and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat the bap halves with the sauce. Layer onto the bottom side the lettuce leaves, aubergine, avocado, tomato slices and cover with the upper halves.
Serve immediately.
