Ingredients
2 | egg whites |
4 tbsp | icing sugar |
50 g | butter |
50 g | flour |
25 g | marzipan, chopped |
500 g | redcurrants |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°C.Whisk the egg whites with the icing sugar until stiff. Fold in the sieved flour. In a bowl cream together the butter and the marzipan. Gently combine with the egg white mixture.
Divide the redcurrants into 4 small casserole dishes. Pour over the mixture and bake for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
