Hazelnut cake recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | butter |
100 g | cane sugar |
200 g | flour |
125 ml | milk |
2 tbsp | hazelnut cream, heaped |
1 tbsp | vanilla sugar |
1 tsp | baking powder |
4 large | eggs |
icing sugar |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C (or 150°C fan assisted).Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until the batter is smooth. Grease a cake pan up to 1cm below the rim with butter and dust with flour. Pour in the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes until a wooden skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool completely.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
