Ingredients

4	pork escalopes
	salt and pepper
2 clove(s)	garlic, chopped
2 tbsp	oil
2 tbsp	coarse grain mustard
2 tbsp	herb butter
4	tomatoes, sliced
1 bunch(es)	basil, chopped
100 g	cottage cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp	sour cream

Instructions

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Mix the mustard with oil and garlic and spread the escalopes with the mustard mixture. Roll up and fix with toothpicks. In a pan, heat the herb butter and fry the rolls until golden all around.

Transfer the rolls into a buttered casserole dish. Cover with the tomatoes. Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the tomatoes. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 18 minutes.
