Ingredients
400 g | cherry tomatoes, halved |
salt and pepper | |
4 slice(s) | toast, coarsely crumbled |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
3 sprig(s) | thyme, chopped |

paprika | |
4 | pork escalopes |
2 tbsp | oil |
2 | yellow bell peppers, diced |
1 | green bell pepper, diced |
2 | onions, chopped |
100 g | single cream |
100 g | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Fry the toast crumbs with garlic and thyme in butter until golden. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and set aside.Fry the escalopes in oil for 1-2 minutes each side. Remove from the pan. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add bell peppers, tomatoes and onion into the pan and sauté until lucent. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and bring to a boil.
Pour the vegetable sauce into a casserole dish. Place the escalopes on top and sprinkle the meat with breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
