|50 g||Hollandaise sauce|
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the pork cutlet from both sides until done and golden.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the cutlet in a small casserole.
In a bowl, mix together the Hollandaise sauce, ketchup and some green pepper corns. Cover the cutlet with the sauce. Top with the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.
