1 slice(s) | cheese |
50 g | Hollandaise sauce |
1 tsp | ketchup |
green pepper | |
some | oil |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the pork cutlet from both sides until done and golden.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the cutlet in a small casserole.
In a bowl, mix together the Hollandaise sauce, ketchup and some green pepper corns. Cover the cutlet with the sauce. Top with the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.
