Asian style spring onions with prawn recipe details
Ingredients
20 | prawns, peeled and deveined |
500 g | spring onions, sliced |
1 | ripe mango, peeled and diced |
30 g | ginger, finely sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
3 tbsp | oil |
100 g | sweet and sour chili sauce |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | cilantro, chopped |
chili powder |
Instructions
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the prawns for 4-6 minutes or until pink and just done. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic.In a separate pan heat the remaining oil and sauté the spring onions for 3-4 minutes. Add the ginger, mango and cilantro. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with chili sauce, chili powder and salt.
Serve the prawns and the spring onions with rice.
