Prawn and Ham Roll Ups recipe

|12 tbsp||goat cheese|
|1 tsp||red pepper flakes|
|1 tsp||roasted garlic|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine cheese with red pepper flakes and garlic.
Press one tablespoon of the herbed goat cheese in the cavity of each prawn and wrap each prawn tightly with one piece of ham.
In a pan heat the olive oil over low heat. When the oil is hot, sauté wrapped prawns for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
