500 g | fresh button mushrooms |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | oregano, chopped |
100 ml | olive oil |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
3 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
Instructions
Mix together the garlic, oregano, oil, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Turn the mushrooms in the mixture, make sure they are well coated, cover and marinate for 8-12 hours.Thread the mushrooms onto skewers and grill the skewers, turning frequently, for 5-8 minutes.
