Ingredients

40 g rice
some salt
100 g fillet of beef, cut into stripes
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp carrots, finely diced
1 tbsp red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp mung bean sprouts
1 tbsp soy bean sprouts
3 tsp onions, chopped
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp pineapple juice
vinegar
teriyaki sauce
soy sauce
1 pinch(es) sugar
50 ml water

Instructions

Cook the rice in salted water until done.

Stir-fry the meat in hot oil from all sides for 2 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside. Add the vegetables in the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the tomato purée and cook for another minute. Add the juice and the water and cook for further 2 minutes. Season to taste with teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Return the beef and toss in the sauce until hot again.

Serve the teriyaki beef and vegetables with the rice.
