Teriyaki beef and vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
40 g | rice |
some | salt |
100 g | fillet of beef, cut into stripes |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | carrots, finely diced |
1 tbsp | red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 tbsp | mung bean sprouts |
1 tbsp | soy bean sprouts |
3 tsp | onions, chopped |
1 tbsp | tomato puree |
2 tbsp | pineapple juice |
vinegar | |
teriyaki sauce | |
soy sauce | |
1 pinch(es) | sugar |
50 ml | water |
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water until done.Stir-fry the meat in hot oil from all sides for 2 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside. Add the vegetables in the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the tomato purée and cook for another minute. Add the juice and the water and cook for further 2 minutes. Season to taste with teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Return the beef and toss in the sauce until hot again.
Serve the teriyaki beef and vegetables with the rice.
