Asia style marinated salmon recipe details
Ingredients
4 slice(s) | salmon fillet, about 200g each |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tsp | rice wine |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
8 tbsp | peanut oil |
800 g | leek, sliced |
2 small | chilies, seeded and sliced |
Instructions
Mix together the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and garlic. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the salmon and marinate for 1 hour.In a wok or pan, heat half of the oil. Add the leek and stir-fry over medium heat until just done. Remove from the pan, set aside and keep warm.
Pour in the remaining oil. Add the salmon with the remaining marinade and the chilies. Stir-fry over medium heat until the salmon is just done.
Serve with the leek.
