Asia Style Fried Codfish in Sesame recipe

Ingredients
4 tbsp | sesame seeds |
4 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
2 | red hot chili peppers, seeded and sliced |
2 | oranges, juice and some grated peel |
10 tbsp | soy sauce |
4 | codfish fillets |
½ bunch(es) | cilantro, chopped |
4 tsp | cornflour |
200 ml | vegetable stock |
200 g | rice |
salt and pepper | |
4 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water until tender.Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown. Mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, cornflour and the stock.
In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the leek until soft. Add the chilies. Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
In a pan, heat the remaining oil. Fry the fish from both sides until just done. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the cilantro into the cooked rice. Turn the fish in the sesame seeds until well coated. Garnish with the orange zest. Serve together with the leek and the rice.
