Asia Style Chili and Ginger Sauce recipe

|125 ml||white Chinese rice vinegar|
|225 g||fresh red chili peppers, seeded and chopped|
|1 tsp||ginger powder|
|1 tbsp||granulated sugar|
Combine the vinegar and water, add salt, garlic and ginger and soak the chilies in the liquid overnight.
Stir in cornflour and sugar. Strain the sauce into sterilised bottles and seal. Store at a dark and cool place.
