Ingredients
1 large can(s) | artichoke hearts, drained and quartered |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | vinegar |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
salt and pepper | |
½ tsp | oregano |
1 tsp | basil, chopped |
1 tsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and some of the artichoke liquid out of the can. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the artichokes and serve.
