Apricot and Almond Bread recipe

|1 jar(s)||apricot baby food, strained (about 150ml or 6oz)|
|60 ml||water, just warm|
|2 tbsp||butter, cut into pieces|
|300 g||white bread flour, use 50/50 bread and plain flour for a lighter bread|
|2 tsp||yeast, use fast rise or bread machine yeast in preference|
|40 g||dried apricots, roughly chopped|
|40 g||flaked almonds, lightly toasted, you may need some more|
Place the ingredients into the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.
Select basic or white bread cycle, medium crust (or light if your machine bakes a little more thoroughly). Add fruit and nuts after the initial mixing stage unless you have a machine with a fruit dispenser, then select the appropriate cycle.
When finished, remove from the machine and cool on a wire rack.
Slice when completely cold.
