Lemon pound cake recipe

- Ingredients for Cake
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon instant pudding mix (4-ounce serving size)
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- Ingredients for Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk or lemon juice
Cake: Blend all ingredients; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool right side up for 25 minutes, then remove from pan.
Glaze:Blend powdered sugar with either milk or lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
