Easy baby back ribs on the bbq. This is a man’s half-and-half: an even mixture of apple sauce and bbq sauce, with cayenne pepper for spice.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 4 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 32 ounces barbecue sauce
- 32 ounces apple sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour 30 mins | Extra time: 8 hours, marinating1. Season ribs with salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder. Place on a large stretch of foil.
2. In a bowl, whisk the barbecue sauce into the apple sauce. Drizzle over ribs, turn to coat, and fold up the foil to seal the ribs in the packet. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat grill to high.
4. Grill foil packets for 1 hour, then unwrap and grill for 30 more minutes, brushing with sauce.
