Apple Pineapple Sauce Dessert recipe
Ingredients
For the sauce: | |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
85 g | sugar |
180 ml | pineapple juice |
2 tbsp | flour |
1 | lemon, juiced |
1 | orange, juiced |
For the apple base: | |
4 | apples, peeled, chopped |
2 | bananas, sliced |
80 g | pecans, chopped |
40 g | shredded coconut |
For the topping: | |
whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
To prepare sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens. Cool and store in refrigerator.
To prepare the apple mix:
Mix all the ingredients together and stir into the sauce.
Serve in individual dishes and top with whipped cream.
