Ingredients
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Topping
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 apples, sliced
3 pears, sliced
3 Tablespoons sugar
Maple syrup, optional
Instructions:

Place butter in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, place in a 425-degree oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. In a blender, process eggs, milk, flour, sugar and nutmeg until smooth. Pour into hot skillet. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffy. Meanwhile, for topping, melt butter in a large skillet. Cook apples, pears and sugar for 12 to 15 minutes or until fruit is tender, stirring occasionally. Pour over pancake and cut into wedges. Serve with syrup if desired. (serving suggestion: sprinkled cinnamon on top and serve with whipped cream on the side.)
