Apple blackberry crisp recipe details
- Ingredients – Filling:
- 6 Granny Smith Apples
- 2 cups blackberries (I’ve used both blueberries and raspberries successfully in this recipe.)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with oil. Place peeled and sliced apples in dish and top with berries. Sprinkle with sugar and 2 Tablespoons flour. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
