1 medium | apple, peeled, cored, sliced |
12 | gooseberries |
10 ml | raspberry vinegar |

Instructions
Cook apple slices in a saucepan with a little water. Keep adding water as necessary to stop the apple from drying out.Once apple has reduced to lumpy pulp, add the gooseberries and vinegar and heat until the gooseberries just begin to break down.
