|1 tsp||fennel seeds|
|2 tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||apple juice|
|50 g||fennel, finely sliced|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
InstructionsHeat a small frying pan over medium heat and fry the fennel seeds for 1–2 minutes. Then grind coarsely with a pestle and mortar.
Whisk roasted fennel seeds together with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and then combine with the remaining ingredients. Mix well to combine.
