Trout mousse with sorrel recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | smoked trout fillet |
200 g | cream cheese |
2 tbsp | yoghurt or sour cream |
2 tsp | horseradish, freshly grated, 2-3 tsp. |
lemon juice | |
salt and pepper | |
1 handful | young sorrel leaves, stems removed |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Pick to pieces the trout fillet, then place into a blender, add the cream cheese and the yoghurt and process until smooth. Season to taste with horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper.Quickly sauté the sorrel in hot butter. Arrange the leaves on 4 plates, place on each plate 1 tablespoon of the trout mousse on top of the sorrel. Sprinkle with pepper.
