Ingredients
3 tbsp | butter |
2 | onions, finely chopped |
180 g | bread crumbs |
6 large | apples, peeled, cooked and mashed |
4 | eggs, hard-boiled and diced |
200 g | ham, diced |
3 tbsp | sage |
1 tsp | tarragon |
1 tsp | basil |
some | salt |
some | black pepper, freshly ground |
Instructions
Sauté the onions in the butter until soft.Add the remaining ingredients, season to taste and mix well.
