|6 large||apples, peeled, cooked and mashed|
|4||eggs, hard-boiled and diced|
|200 g||ham, diced|
|some||black pepper, freshly ground|
Sauté the onions in the butter until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients, season to taste and mix well.
