Antipasto martini recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | cheese tortellini |
1 | red bell pepper, finely chopped |
1 | yellow bell pepper, finely chopped |
200 g | baby carrots, thinly sliced |
150 g | Mozarella cheese, cubed |
3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
240 ml | Italian salad dressing |
Instructions
Cook tortellini until tender. Drain.In a bowl combine all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
To serve, spoon mixture into martini glasses. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
