Marshmallow topping recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | corn syrup |
60 ml | milk |
2 ½ tbsp | butter |
250 g | marshmallows |
2 ½ tbsp | water |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
Place the sugar, syrup and milk in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
In the top of a double boiler melt the marshmallows in the water. Once melted stir in the hot syrup beating well. Add the vanilla.
Beat well before serving.
