Ingredients
60 g | butter |
350 g | fresh cranberries |
350 g | granulated sugar |
3 tbsp | lemon juice |
120 ml | Amaretto |
2 tbsp | orange marmelade |
2 tsp | lemon peel, grated |
Instructions
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.Add cranberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir and combine well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in amaretto, marmalade and lemon rind.
