Ingredients

125 ml milk
salt
100 g butter
200 g flour
4 medium eggs
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
100 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
600 g whipping cream
2 pack(s) vanilla sugar
75 ml advocaat

Instructions

Bring the milk with 125ml water, a pinch of salt and the butter to a boil. Add in the flour in one and cook stirring until a pastry ball has formed. Transfer the pastry into a bowl and stir in one egg. When well combined, add the remaining eggs, one after the other.

Fill the pastry into a piping bag with large star nozzle and pipe heaps onto 2 lined baking trays. Bake the choux pastry puffs in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Melt the chocolate. Cut the puffs horizontally in halves. Sprinkle the upper halves with the chocolate. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the Advocaat. Divide the strawberries among the lower halves of the puffs and spoon some of the cream on top of each. Cover with the upper halves.
