Zesty tuna and shrimp over rice recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 fresh tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 pound small to medium peeled shrimp
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay(R) Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 cups cooked rice
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a 8x8x2 inch baking dish, place in tuna. Add Italian dressing lightly over tuna. Add onion and pepper. Layer in shrimp. Sprinkle on soy and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle Old Bay over all the shrimp. Slice and place 4 pats of butter evenly on top. Cover dish with foil.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 20-25 minutes. Rmove from oven, sprinkle on cheese, and cook, uncovered, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and spoon over bed of rice.
