Wonderfully flavored coating, heat can easily be increased as desired by adding 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce at a time. Quick and Easy!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup hot sauce (use what you like)
- ¼ cup tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (48 ounce) can shortening
- 1 (5 pound) bag frozen, unseasoned chicken wings
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 35 mins1. Heat shortening in deep fryer at 350 to 400 degrees F.
2. Fry wings approximately 10 wings at a time (you can adjust this depending on equipment) until they are nicely browned (takes about 17 minutes if frozen).
3. While wings are cooking, in a small pot, on low heat, melt butter and mix in hot sauce, taco seasoning and salad dressing mix.
4. Place cooked wings in large bowl, coat with some of the sauce and stir, making sure wings are well-coated.
