Yogurt gingerbread recipe details
Ingredients
240 ml | molasses |
240 ml | natural yogurt |
40 g | shortening, dissolved in water |
250 g | flour |
1 ½ tsp | baking powder |
½ tsp | salt |
2 tsp | ginger |
¼ tsp | ground cloves |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C..Combine molasses, yogurt, dissolved shortening and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Combine the two mixtures.
Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
