Ingredients
150 g | yoghurt |
150 g | sour cream |
2 tsp | vegetable oil |
2 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
2 tbsp | fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, chives, dill, finely chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced (optional) |
Instructions
Mix the yoghurt with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, the herbs and garlic, if desired. Add the oil and mix until well combined.
Serve with sliced raw vegetables, e.g. carrots, cucumber and bell peppers!
