3 cups self-rising flour
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon dill
One 12-ounce can light beer
2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, brown sugar, dill, and beer together in mixer. Pour into greased loaf pan. Pour melted butter over top of bread mixture. Bake for 50 minutes. Slice when cool; can be reheated later in foil wrap. Also is very good toasted with ham and a poached egg.

Makes:8 to 10 slices
