Beer braised shrimp recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | shrimp, peeled, devined |
4 tbsp | butter |
250 ml | beer |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
fresh parsley, minced | |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
baguette |
Instructions
Heat garlic and butter in a pan. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and add to hot pan.Add beer to pan, enough so that foam covers the shrimp and braze for 3-5 minutes.
To serve add shrimp and sauce over the bread and top with fresh parsley to garnish.
