Wok fried chicken and vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
4 tbsp | sesame oil |
1 | red chili, chopped |
2 tsp | red or green curry paste |
½ bunch(es) | basil, chopped |
2 | carrots, sliced |
150 g | green beans, sliced |
150 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | bell pepper, sliced |
1 large can(s) | cokonut milk |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the meat with soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and the chopped chili. Cover, set aside and allow to steep for a while.In a wok, heat the remaining sesame oil. Add the basil and fry for a minute. Remove the basil and drain on kitchen paper.
Transfer the marinated chicken into the hot wok and stir-fry for a minute. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Stir in the curry paste, basil and coconut milk. Simmer until the vegetables are done.
Serve with rice!
