Winter fruit salad recipe details
Ingredients
2 | oranges, peeled and sliced |
3 | star fruit, sliced |
1 | pineapple, peeled and diced |
6 | fresh dates, pitted and sliced |
2 tbsp | chopped almonds, roasted |
½ tbsp | icing sugar |
1 dash(es) | lemon jucie |
1 dash(es) | sweetener |
some | single cream or milk |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all the fruits.Mix together the lemon juice, icing sugar and sweetener. Pour in a little cream or milk. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently.
Serve sprinkled with the roasted almonds.
