Salmon that tastes gourmet without the gourmet-time. This has become a requested meal from friends and family alike. Simple and delicious. For a meal idea, serve this with linguine covered in Classico(R) Alfredo sauce with sun-dried tomatoes. Add steamed green vegetables on the side.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Using 1 tablespoon butter, grease the bottom a 13×9 baking dish. Place salmon in dish and dot each piece with remaining butter. Mix powdered ingredients together in small dish. Sprinkle steaks evenly with lemon juice, then evenly sprinkle powdered spices over fish. Pour wine around the fish, not on them directly.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 18-20 minutes, basting twice.
