White mushrooms in white sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | white mushrooms |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
300 ml | milk |
200 g | crème fraîche |
1 small | onion |
1 small | red pepper |
salt and pepper | |
oil for the frying |
Instructions
Slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion and the red pepper. Mix milk, crème fraîche and cheese.Heat some oil in a big frying pan or wok. Fry the onion and red pepper for 2 minutes, add the white mushrooms. Let the mushrooms cook until all liquid has gone.
Add the milk mixture and let it boil for another two minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serving suggestions:Serve with white bread or rice or potatoes.
