Chinese Cabbage Salad with Tangerines recipe

Ingredients
1 medium | Chinese cabbage, chopped |
1 large can(s) | tangerines |
300 g | yoghurt |
curry powder | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Drain the tangerines and collect the juice.
In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of tangerine juice. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and mix well.
Mix in the tangerines. Allow to steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
