White chili recipe details
There are a lot of versions out there, but I’ve combined a few to make this awesome version of my own! Top with shredded Monterrey Jack cheese and enjoy!!

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 red or yellow peppers, diced
- 4 (4 1/2 ounce) cans green chiles
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Great Northern beans
- 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen white corn
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 to 3 whole jalapenos
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 7 hours | Extra time: 30 mins1. Coat chicken with lemon pepper and brown in olive oil. Remove chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes.
2. Saute onions and red or yellow peppers in skillet until tender.
3. Put all ingredients into a 6 1/2 quart crock pot and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
