Traditional hummus dip. This tastes almost identical to the high quality hummus that is served at most Mediterranean restaurants. Scoop it up with pita bread or whatever best fits your taste! =)

Ingredients
Serves: 20- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans garbanzo beans (chick peas)
- 1 cup water
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sprinkle paprika
- salt
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Place all ingredients, EXCEPT the olive oil and paprika, into a blender and blend on high until it is pureed – about 5 minutes. Do not use a food processor as it will not puree the mix. Transfer to a bowl, then salt to taste. Lastly, drizzle the olive oil on top, then garnish with paprika.
